Battleground Data and Cross Screen Media Partner to Deliver Measurable Voter Persuasion Through Message Testing and Brand Lift Measurement

ALEXANDRIA, VA — 02/04/2026Battleground Data today announced a partnership with Cross Screen Media designed to give campaigns and agencies a clearer, more accountable way to connect advertising exposure to measurable shifts in voter sentiment.

By integrating Battleground Data’s message testing and brand lift measurement capabilities with Cross Screen Media’s targeted streaming and digital advertising, the partnership enables campaigns to identify the most persuasive creative before launch and validate its real-world impact after delivery.

The collaboration was recently demonstrated in a joint case study that combined pre-flight message testing, high-frequency media execution, and post-campaign measurement. In this initiative, Battleground Data was able to:

  • Identify a message strategy, among four options, expected to be 7x more effective in persuading audiences than the alternative.
  • Confirm post-campaign that the advertising exposure led to a 4.1-point increase in opposition among the treatment group and a 6.7-point among the same group who recalled seeing or hearing the ad on TV, streaming, or online/social video.

The partnership reflects growing demand from political and issue advertisers for greater transparency and accountability, pairing precise audience delivery with rigorous measurement of opinion change.
